Orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date you ordered, up to 3 business days during extremely busy/holiday seasons. If you ordered on a Friday after 1pm EST, your order will not be shipped until Monday or Tuesday.
Most orders in Canada are delivered within 2-9 business days from the date they are shipped. Most orders within the United States are delivered within 5-10 business days from the date they are shipped. International orders can take 9-21 business days. Tiered discounts are applied automatically to your order, in your cart and/or at checkout. You do NOT need to manually add a discount code for multi-tiered product discounts to apply.
Unfortunately, at this moment we are NOT offering subscriptions. Customers who had a subscription starting in 2024 are still eligible within our subscription software. All other orders must be manually placed by the customer. We cannot edit any billing details.
