Bars sit in our studio for 28 days before they leave. If a scent is listed "back in 2 weeks," that's why.
Peak periods
During holidays (mid-Nov to late-Dec) we add 1–2 days to processing. We email you if anything is delayed.
Wrong address?
Email within 4 hours of ordering and we'll fix it. After dispatch we cannot reroute.
Customs & duties
International customers are responsible for customs/duties on arrival. Most countries do not charge on personal-use orders under $200.
