Please note, most orders are processed within 24-48 business hours, up to 3 business days during the holiday season (ie; packaged and delivered to post office). The shipping delivery time is in addition to the processing time.

Shipping times are NOT guaranteed. They are a general average provided by the postal services and are most likely to be delivered within that time frame.

Shipments can be delayed outside of these timelines due to bad weather, where you're located (rural areas), technical issues, holidays, strikes, etc. Unfortunately, shipping, is the one thing out of our control.

A tracking number WILL be provided and notified to you once shipped out. 

All shipments within CANADA are sent economy through our 3rd party shipping company "Stallion Express" to help mitigate costs. "Stallion Express" routinely uses Canada Post for delivery, with "last mile tracking" often available.

"Last mile tracking" means that you will generally see once the package has been picked up, but will not receive any further updates until it reaches your local sorting facility before being delivered.

All shipments within USA are sent with "Stallion Express" via USPS/UPS.

All shipments within Australia and the United Kingdom are sent with "Stallion Express" via PostNL International and/or APC Priority Worldwide.

Occasionally, we might use FedEx or DHL when necessary.

Once a label as been added to your package, you'll receive tracking information. This does NOT mean your package is currently in-transit. All orders are delivered to our logistics partner within 24 business hours of receiving your tracking email, and loaded to the truck that business day, or the next.

From here, packages are dispersed to the appropriate courier warehouses (Canada Post/USPS/PostNL) dependent on location.

Tracking information generally doesn't update until the couriers have scanned your package at their warehouses, which means tracking updates might not be available for multiple days:

  • Ontario & Quebec - tracking updates generally within 48 hours
  • Rest of Canada - tracking updates generally within 72 hours
  • USA - tracking updates generally within 48 hours
  • Worldwide - tracking updates generally within 3-5 days

Please note: If your tracking information has not provided updates yet, this does NOT mean your package has not moved. An order going to Calgary, AB might not display tracking updates for 4 days until it reaches the local processing centre, whereas Ontario and Quebec generally see updates within 1-2 days.

*Please note we are NOT responsible for missing shipments due to incorrect addresses. We have no way to retrieve these items. Any address changes needed can be made within the first hour of your order being placed.
