Shampoo - Organic Aloe Vera 200x Powder (reconstituted with distilled water), Marshmallow Root Infusion, Glycerin, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Coco Glucoside, Decyl Glucoside, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Panthenol (ProVitamin B5), Hydrolyzed Oat Protein, Creatine, Rosemary Essential Oil, <1% Natural Preservative. Conditioner - Organic Aloe Vera 200x Powder (reconstituted with distilled water), Jojoba Oil, Argan Oil, Coconut Oil, BTMS-50 (Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Cetearyl Alcohol), Cetearyl Alcohol, Creatine, Hydrolyzed Oat Protein, Panthenol (ProVitamin B5), Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV), Marshmallow Root Infusion, Rosemary Essential Oil, <1% Natural Preservative. Shampoo - Apply 1 to 2 pumps to hand(s) at a time, up to 2-5 pumps as needed for your hair type. Massage thoroughly into your scalp and let sit for 1-2 minutes. Ensure a deep rinse, and apply conditioner. Avoid contact with eyes.

Conditioner - Apply 1 to 2 pumps to hand(s) at a time, up to 2-5 pumps as needed for your hair type. Apply to mid-lengths and ends of hair, let sit for 3-5 minutes, ensure a deep rinse. Avoid contact with eyes.

Short hair - Use 1 or 2 pumps.

Medium length hair - Use 2 to 3 pumps.

Longer hair - Use 4 to 5 pumps.

Fantastic for ALL hair types. One shampoo bottle lasts approximately 2-4 months for most people who use 2-3 pumps, 4-5 times per week.
